What is the difference between a wedding planner and a day-of coordinator?
A wedding planner is involved from the very beginning, helping you design the vision for your day, build and manage your budget, find and book trusted vendors, create timelines, and guide you through every step of the planning process. In contrast, a day-of coordinator typically steps in a few weeks before the wedding to organize the final details you've already planned. Their role is to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day—managing the timeline, vendors, and any last-minute issues—so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

What are my first steps if we choose to book with you?
Once you’re ready to book, the first step is easy—we'll schedule a complimentary consultation to get to know each other! During this call, we’ll talk about your vision, your priorities, and where you are in the planning process. From there, we’ll recommend the package that best fits your needs and walk you through our process. Once you’ve selected your package, we’ll send over a proposal, contract, and deposit invoice to officially secure your date. After that, the fun begins! Whether you’re starting from scratch or already have a few pieces in place, we’ll jump right in and start building a personalized plan to bring your dream day to life—stress-free and beautifully organized.
