The Whole Hitchin' Post package offers a full service wedding planner. During the planning process we will coordinate with vendors, venues, and decor.

• Consultation: We provide a free consultation to get information regarding your wedding as well as provide you with a step by step checklist to thoroughly plan your dream wedding. We will also creat a budget that is specialized to your wants and needs.
• Recommend & Find Venues: our team will work within your budget and find venues that match your theme. We will confirm pricing and coordinate the appointments to view them.
• Coordination/Assistance: we will coordinate with all vendors to ensure load in and load out times as well as assisting with any act minute decisions and details.
• Confirm & Work with Vendors: We will help find and coordinate vendors for the day of your wedding.
• Day of Timeline: We will prepare a timeline based off the events during the day and give out to all vendors.
• Rehearsal Coordination: We will go over the ceremony and reception during the rehearsal and show each person apart of the wedding party where they will be going the day of.
• Event Day:On the day of the wedding, we will arrive prior to the vendors to prepare the venue. Upon the vendors arrival, we will ensure there areas to set up and verify the schedule with them to prevent any issues from arrising.
